This is a really nice site for writing stories. Learners can create digital books by typing their stories into the workspace, with the option of adding images from the library or via upload. A great tool for creative writing. See below the video for integration ideas.
Integration:
- For reluctant writers, there is a version where they can choose their story type (e.g. sports or superheroes) and prompts are provided to help them get started - no more blank screens or excuses!
- If learners don't have access to computers, use the IWB to create a class story, before selecting prompts for learners to write their own individual tales
- The resulting digi-books are visually appealing and learners will love sharing them with friends and family
- An option for learners to work collaboratively online means everyone can be supported and involved
